Privacy Policy
This is a small yoga retreat run by one person. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell anything to advertisers, and we're happy to answer any question about your information.
Who we are
"Out of My Mynd" is a yoga retreat business run by Anna Me. This policy covers this website (outofmymynd.com and its partner subdomains) and any conversation you have with us to book or ask about a retreat.

What we collect
When you visit this site
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit and how the pages perform. This is aggregate and anonymous: it does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you or identify you personally.
When you contact us
You book and ask questions through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, not through a form on this site. When you message us, we receive what you send: your name or handle, your message, and anything you choose to share, which may include dietary needs, relevant health information for practising yoga, and your travel details.
When you reserve a place
To hold your spot we agree a deposit with you directly in that conversation. We keep the practical details needed to run your retreat and the arrangements for your payment. We do not take card details on this website.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics work without cookies. Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts to display the page, which means Google receives your IP address and standard request information as part of serving those fonts.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To arrange and run your retreat, including rooms, meals, and anything you've told us you need.
- To handle your deposit and booking.
- To keep the website working and understand, in aggregate, how it's used.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising. We use a few services to run the site and communicate with you, and your information passes through them only for that purpose:
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics.
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta): when you message us there, your message is handled under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
- Apple iCloud Mail: when you email us.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts the page uses.
Each of these has its own privacy policy covering how it handles your information. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and booking details for as long as we need them to organise your retreat and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it. To do any of these, email anna.me@icloud.com and we'll sort it out.
If you're in the UK or the EU and you think we've mishandled your information, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Children
Our retreats are for adults. This site isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
